Pineapple & Mango Tropical Smoothie Bowl



It's that time of year! We're all ready for warmer weather but, here in Chicago at least, it's just not quite here yet. We're still bundled up with hats and scarves.

In the spirit of our getaway to Miami this week, we decided to bring the tropics to our kitchen.

What sounds better than blended pineapple and mango?

Pineapple & Mango Tropical Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

1 Cup Pineapple (frozen or fresh)

1 Cup Mango (frozen or fresh)

1 banana, sliced

1/2 Cup almond milk

Optional (but suggested!) Toppings:

Strawberry

Kiwi

Shredded Coconut

Chia Seeds

Blueberries
